1 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Platform" means the mwcasino website accessible at mwcasino.club, including all associated mobile-optimized pages, features, games, and services offered therein.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player upon successful completion of the mwcasino registration process.
• "Player" or "User" means any individual who has registered an Account on the mwcasino Platform and is authorized to use the services provided therein.
• "Balance" means the total amount of funds held in a Player's mwcasino Account at any given time, including both deposited funds and credited bonus amounts where applicable.

• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum total betting turnover a Player must achieve before Bonus Funds or winnings derived from Bonus Funds become eligible for withdrawal.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the mwcasino Platform, creating an Account, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that:

• You have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety;
• You have read and agree to the mwcasino Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference;

• You meet all eligibility requirements set out in Section 3 of these Terms;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party;

3 Eligibility

3.1 Age Requirement

3.3 Disqualifying Circumstances

• Employees, contractors, agents, or affiliates of mwcasino or its parent, subsidiary, or associated companies, and their immediate family members;

• Individuals who have had a previous Account suspended or terminated by mwcasino for violations of these Terms.

4 Account Registration

4.1 Registration Process

To access the full features of the mwcasino Platform, you must register an Account by providing accurate, complete, and current information as requested during the registration process. You agree to maintain and promptly update your Account information to keep it accurate and current at all times.

4.2 One Account Policy

Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) active Account on the mwcasino Platform. The registration of multiple Accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited. mwcasino reserves the right to close all duplicate Accounts and to void any bets, winnings, or bonuses associated with such Accounts.

4.3 Account Verification (KYC)

mwcasino may require you to complete identity verification at any time, including but not limited to prior to processing your first withdrawal. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

• Government-issued photo identification (e.g., Philippine passport, driver's license, SSS/GSIS ID, PhilSys National ID);
• Proof of address (e.g., utility bill, bank statement dated within the last three months);
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., screenshot of GCash account, bank statement);
• Any additional documentation reasonably requested by mwcasino's compliance team.

Failure to provide requested verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges or Account suspension.

5 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password for your mwcasino Account and not reuse it across other platforms;
• Never share your login credentials with any third party;
• Log out of your Account after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices;
• Notify mwcasino immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.

mwcasino will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these security obligations. Any activity conducted through your Account will be deemed to have been authorized by you unless you have notified mwcasino of a security breach in accordance with the above.

6 Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1 Deposits

mwcasino accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and UnionBank. All deposits are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction. mwcasino does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges.

6.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must have completed KYC verification before your first withdrawal is processed;
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically possible;
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed at the time of the withdrawal request;
• mwcasino targets processing of GCash and PayMaya withdrawals within fifteen (15) minutes during support hours; bank transfers may take one (1) to three (3) business days;
• mwcasino reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal.

6.3 Currency

All transactions on the mwcasino Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). mwcasino does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion costs are the sole responsibility of the Player.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

mwcasino offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms attached to individual promotions:

• Bonuses are available to eligible Players only and may not be available in all jurisdictions;
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per Player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method, unless otherwise stated;
• Bonus Funds are subject to Wagering Requirements before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. Wagering Requirements are specified in the terms of each individual promotion;
• mwcasino reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice;
• In the event of any dispute regarding bonus eligibility or terms, mwcasino's decision shall be final and binding;
• Bonuses may not be transferred between Accounts or exchanged for cash except as expressly permitted by the applicable promotion terms.

8 Betting Rules

All bets placed on the mwcasino Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant game or sport. General betting rules include:

• All bets are final once confirmed. mwcasino does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets except where expressly permitted by the applicable game rules;
• mwcasino reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where the outcome was known at the time the bet was placed;
• In the event of a technical error or system malfunction that affects the outcome of a game or bet, mwcasino reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to Players;
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and sports markets and are displayed within the relevant game or market interface;
• mwcasino reserves the right to limit the maximum winnings payable on any single bet or combination of bets.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the mwcasino Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for financial gain;
• Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage;
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity through the Platform;
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction;
• Allowing any third party to use your Account;
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts, damages, or impairs the operation of the Platform or the experience of other Players.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the mwcasino Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall design and layout of the Platform, is the property of mwcasino or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of mwcasino.

11 Privacy & Data

mwcasino collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

mwcasino implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and mwcasino cannot guarantee absolute security.

12 Responsible Gaming

mwcasino is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools to help Players manage their gaming activity. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered Players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit;
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a specified period of continuous play;
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your Account for a period of 24 hours up to 30 days;
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the mwcasino Platform.

13 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, mwcasino shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

mwcasino's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

mwcasino does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

14 Termination

mwcasino reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe;
• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity;
• Requests from regulatory or law enforcement authorities.

Upon termination for cause, mwcasino reserves the right to forfeit any Bonus Funds and winnings derived from Bonus Funds held in your Account. Any remaining real-money balance (excluding Bonus Funds) will be returned to you via your registered payment method following completion of any outstanding verification or investigation, subject to applicable legal requirements.

15 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

16 Amendments

mwcasino reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, mwcasino will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. In some cases, mwcasino may provide additional notice of significant changes via email or a prominent notice on the Platform.

Your continued use of the mwcasino Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure as described in Section 14.
